Counter applications are discouraged. Issue of Duplicate Grade Card(s)/ Certificate against counter application requires 30 working days (except Saturday, Sunday & holiday) and 7 working days for Urgent requirement.

Please save the application no generated after filling and submitting form for further activities.

Please don't upload any 'X' or 'XP' GradeCards.

For documents uploaded for verification please upload clear scanned photo copy of your original grade cards and certificate. In case, not available, provide a certificate of collection from your Institute concerned.

If academic credentials are not uploaded properly, the application will be rejected automatically and no amount will be refunded. So, be careful about uploading your credentials.
